]How To Manually Post Land For Sale:(Scroll down to see directions for MLS listings)

1- Be sure to Sign In to your profile. If you haven't created a profile yet, now would be a great time to do so!
2- While signed in, click, "My Profile", and you will be redirected to your personal profile page.
3- You'll see a variety of menus to the left of the image area on your profile page. Move your mouse to hover over "Properties", and left-click. (You can also click on the number under the word "Properties", located underneath the main profile photo area). You will then see a new area open beneath the image area. Note: If you have previously uploaded listings, you will see them here. If you have listings from your local MLS, you will see them here. If you have not listed anything previously, this area will be empty, but will say, "No properties found."
4- Move your mouse to the blue box that says, "Add Property", and left-click.
5-Your page will most likely refresh, and you will be brought to the top. Simply scroll down briefly, and you will find the empty fields for inputting your listing's information. Note: Some fields are required as denoted with the asterisk. Others are optional, such as MLS number, and APN. These are some features we added that other sites do not have, helping users with advanced search techniques.
5a-It is fun, and important to note one very special feature about our property addition. As Land Agents, you know that not every parcel has a physical address. Using the red pin on the property posting page, you can manually move the pin to geo-locate where the actual listing is, based on your knowledge.
6- Once you have completed putting in the details of the listing, move your mouse to the blue box in the bottom right corner, and click, "Add Property."
7-Your page will again refresh to the top. Scroll down, and notice that the property details are still there, but an area for images has been added as well. You will see the "no images found." if you previously hadn't added any images to the listing.
8- Click the box entitled "Browse".
9- A window will open to a file location on your computer. Locate the images you want for the listing and double click them. If you don't wish to double click, you can also hit the text box that says "Open." You can repeat this process for as many images as you wish to add to the listing. While each image is uploading you will see text that says, "uploading.."
10- You will start to see the images lined up in secession of selection. You can leave them as is, and click the blue box that says, "Save Changes", OR you can choose to re-order the images by either typing the number of the order that you want, or using the "up and down" arrows located in the small bar next to each image.
Example: Jeff wants the second image he uploaded to be the image that shows as the listing preview. He sees the image is in the second position, because he selected it second, but he clicks on the arrow once, "up", to change the order number to "1". He can expect that this image will now the be the first image shown in the slideshow for this listing.

The listing will now be available:
1- Under the "Properties" Menu
2- In the Search Engine Results Pages
3-Your Connections can visit your profile to view your properties

Note: You can adjust the order of your images, and add new images to any listing by following the previous steps, and then clicking the button, "Update Positions".
Note: You can choose whether to keep a listing active or not by selecting the check box next to the word "Active". A check in the box indicates the listing is active. Removing the check indicates the listing is no longer active, and will not be displayed in the Search Engine Results.

Posting with an MLS

If you have already registered on AllAcres.com, as an active Real Estate Agent or Broker, using the same email address as you would typically use with your local MLS, your listings will automatically link to your profile, and all you need do is monitor/adjust them as you typically would via your local MLS. We will adjust our listings based on all of the local MLS's changes a minimum of once every 24 hours.
example: Jeff just sold 5 acres in Prescott, Arizona. Jeff signs in to his local MLS page, and changes the listing status. Within 24 hours, Jeff should expect that the status of his land for sale listing on AllAcres.com will then change as well!
